Most of us are aware of the fact that we have to take care of ourselves. Whenever a person says to you "take care" do you adhere to it or do you hear it and don't hear it? Life gets in the way of focusing on what our individual needs are and actually doing something about it . But it is important that we pay close attention to our bodies. What you eat and drink on a regular basis is a reflection on our outer appearance. Good haircare products and skin care products can help but they are not the all and all. Food is medicine. Eating healthy foods will grow your hair, keep your skin healthy and stave off sicknesses and disease. Because our bodies are ever changing, eating foods that's good for our unique individual needs can be a daily challenge. So let's challenge ourselves daily. Let's try to be our best at paying attention and doing the work. And heal ourselves from the inside and out.
